Pinkie's is friendly and accessible. They do quality work and are fast and friendly. They give you the bottom line in clear language and stick to what they say. They seem more interested in cultivating repeat customers then in turning a fast buck. They were not the cheapest bid I got but they were not the most expensive either. I would rather pay a bit more for quality work and peace of mind and know that I won't have to put my car back in the shop again in week. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My car was over heating and smoking so I took it to Pinky's the next day after finding them on Yelp. I just called in the morning and dropped it off. They checked it out and called me within a few hours with a diagnosis that I needed a new radiator. They gave me an estimate and went to work. A couple hours later they called back and said my thermostat was stuck and since the radiator won't work properly without a functioning thermostat, I had them replace that as well. By about 3:30pm my car was ready, new radiator, hoses and thermostat. Since the thermostat was a late find, they didn't charge for the labor! The overall price was right around what they had estimated and my POS car is now running again! I had estimated the cost was going to be MUCH higher, but it ran me a little under $500! Excellent service, friendly and fast!

These guys know their stuff, inside & out. Every time I get my car serviced at Pinky's, it leaves running better than it has ever run. They are honest, caring and have my best interests at heart, which I truly appreciate.

It is great to have an all service auto repair and body shop in the neighborhood. Ralph and Vito are straight shooters. They never recommend thing that are unnecessary and Pinky's does the work quickly and competently. I just had a lot of body work done. They matched the paint perfectly and it is hard to see the dings. Thanks Ralph and Vito.

I know nothing about cars and always feel vulnerable to rip-offs when I take my car in for check-ups. The guys at Pinky's came highly recommended and were even nicer and more trustworthy than I expected. Great service, fair prices. I only wish other companies were so well run.
