My car was taken very soon after I arrived for my appointment. The oil change took about an hour until I drove away from the site. A comfortable waiting room was provided. I took a walk, made some phone calls and finished the Sudoku while I waited. Do bring your own reading material if you are waiting.
I have been consistently pleased as I have had work done at Santa Rosa transmission. I feel confident that they will keep my car running in good condition.

Everyone, especially Sam, has been extraordinarily helpful with a kind, can-do attitude. No matter how many times we had to bring the car back for fine tuning, the staff was ready to assist. We will return in the future and tell our friends to do the same. Thank you!

Sam/Santa Rosa Transmission was recommended by my regular mechanic. Despite the terrible news that my transmission needed rebuilding, it was an overall positive experience. Sam was courteous, helpful and communicated clearly without being patronising. On initial visit, he was honest and straightforward when they didn't reproduce the problem. Once my car threw a code, they (re)inspected for free, and then when they had to do further diagnostics, he explained my options, the costs and possible repercussions. Always straightforward, never pushed me one way or the other, but offered an opinion/advice when I requested it. The work was completed, 1 day late, and seems good so far. I'll be going back for the follow ups, and have confidence that even if there is a problem (hope not!) that they'll take care of it with minimal fuss.
