The new male dentist is great (I did not catch his name). He was very thorough with my cleaning, very kind-natured, and provided good explanations of various things about my teeth, proper care, etc. While I had no significant issue with the prior Asian woman, she was not as thorough and could make the visit feel more like a business transaction. The new guy is a great addition to the staff and I really hope he stays.

I felt the person who gave me the once over was poor in giving me feedback to my questions regarding my options. Had I not kept asking questions I would have left thinking there were no options. She seemed more into keeping to a timeframe than making sure I left satisfied. I am sure this is a speedbump but if this became the norm I would be bummed since I know Dr. Darvishian has gone the extra mile for me in the past.
